A shipping charge will be added to your purchase. I charge $6.00 for the first book, $2.50 for each subsequent book in the U.S.
Colorado Residents: I do not have nor do I want a Colorado Retail Sales Tax license. Please order my Christmas Duets, Stellar Solos, Winter Duets and Alto and Bass Methods and the Advanced Alto Method from Amazon. Outside the US. Amazon is the first place to try if you live outside the US. The books with the colorful covers (Methods, Stellar Solos, Alto Times Two, Winter Duets) can be found there. It costs $25 for me to ship to Australia and a minimum of $15 to ship to Canada and Europe. Here are three places in Canada that carry my Falls House Press books:
